Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.

In the residential area of l 'Ara 7 min walk from the village in a peaceful harbor. Charming apartment of 60 m2 with terrace of 11 m2 in a small residence with magnificent sea view in the weather. Bus stops 5 min walk away. Free parking in front of the residence. Vence is 20 minutes from the first beaches.

The apartment is in a old house, in a quiet little street inside the village, entirely restored in the traditional local style, queen bed, living room with sofa bed, modern bathroom, equipped kitchen, TV, Air conditionner... It is very comfortable, Baby bed and Baby high chair are disposable.
