This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available for infants.

You'll have your own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and parking space. The balcony is such a sun trap so perfect for morning coffee session or evening wine and cheese time.
