Free parking 30m. 500m from nautical and commercial port with beaches. 500m from Fantasy Island. 1400m from the bike circuit "La appoma". 20 km from Barcelona with direct bus 100m away. Cozy apartment with lots of light and tranquility at night. Optional crib for infants and attached bed for third person. Refurbished windows that during the day, let you see and keep the intimacy inside. Neighborhood with very affordable restaurant offerings. Everything else you need, it's possible. Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

The Duplex. Just 30 meters to the sea. Fantastic view of the Ses Negres Marine Reserve, the rocky beach is a 2-min walk away. Fully conditioned/heated. 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa, an equipped kitchen combined with a dining room. A backyard and 2 terraces with magnificent views of the sunrise over the sea and the sound of waves. BBQ party with sea breeze. House swimming pool, garage. Easels for creativity. Garage-no problems with parking.

It is a ground floor house from the early twentieth century, very well preserved and with traditional and cozy decoration. It has 2 large outdoor patios with tables, a pool and a barbecue. The Mediterranean style white beach house in front of the sea 3 min walking to the beach with access to the swimming pools. At the house there are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds bedroom (two bedroom of double beds, one of it has a Seaview and private bathroom, 3th bedroom has 2 single beds). Living room with amazing view of the sea and terrace, two bathrooms, fully equipped Kitchen , dinning room, office, small garden.

There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
