The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet, and detached building with a newly expanded terrace near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with a parking lot and a grill. The covered terrace is equipped with chairs and a table, sun loungers, and a swing, and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the surrounding Šumava region.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
