The penthouse is located in Esting, just 20 minutes by train from downtown Munich and 30 minutes from the airport. It's in the attic of our house. We live downstairs with our two children: a 10-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl. Esting train station is an 8-minute walk away. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. We live with our three children in the house, so there is always something going on!
