Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

Hinweis zum Oktoberfest: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Deshalb beherbergen wir keine Partygruppen. Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
