Beautiful excursions such as Lake Ammersee or Wörthsee with many leisure activities can be found about 20 minutes away by car. To Lake Starnberg about 35 min.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Apartment in the basement - newly renovated

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.

Attic apartment near Munich

Open attic apartment near Munich with direct S-Bahn connection (5-minute walk) to Munich's city center. The highway can be reached in ten minutes. The apartment is located in a private detached house. Parking available. In the apartment there is a double bed, as well as two single mattresses that can be placed on the floor. The apartment does not have a washing machine and is therefore not suitable for long-term stays.
