Maison de charme, un balcon sur la Loire.

Véritable jardin sur le fleuve, notre maison offre une vue imprenable sur la Loire et ses plages. Elle dispose d'une très grande pièce centrale avec cuisine ouverte et cheminée et deux chambres. En été seulement (Juin,Juillet, Août, Septembre) nous proposons une chambre supplémentaire avec 4 lits simples dans le rez de jardin aménagé de la maison ( accès indépendant, ne convient pas à des enfants de moins de 8 ans). La maison est un lieu de séjour paisible, convivial et confortable.

Pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité le studio se trouve au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. studio 25 M2 au 2 ème étage d'une maison Angevine avec vue exceptionnel sur la Maine,proche hôpital - FAC de médecine, en face du cinéma, Tram à 3 minutes ,15 minutes à pied du quartier Doutre. Je vous informe que pour les séjours plus long qu'il n'y à pas de Machine à laver le linge. Places de parking non payantes tout autour de l'appartement

An exclusive spot in front of the river, a calm place perfect for hiking or bicycling. We got 4 bicycles for you. Many beautiful villages and vineyards to visit all around and you are in the middle of a big forest. The bird life is amazing.
