It includes 1 kitchen/living room of 40 m², 3 bedrooms including 1 adjustable (either 2 beds of 90 or 1 bed of 180), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 covered terrace plus 1 covered summer lounge area with its terrace. Dog free to roam the property, very friendly. Superhost criteria, and a shooting experience offered.

Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
