This is what we wanted to achieve by renovating this apartment on the waterfront of about 60 m2 (a large bedroom, a living room, an equipped American kitchen) and its terrace of 18 m2 overlooking the lake and the mountains of Fort Dauphin. A common garden of 1000 m2, with kayak at your disposal if you wish. A 10-minute walk from the center, a 3-minute taxi or car ride, you will be in a very good location.
