The Dornbirn Exhibition Center and the Messepark shopping center are in the immediate vicinity.

Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).
