Our colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house. We live upstairs. The studio is composed of a living room, a bedroom area with 1 double bed, a kitchenette, an office area and a small bathroom/WC. It opens directly to the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the Arrival guide carefully ;=)

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
