The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are family friendly, lots to entertain the children, indoor pool, games room, trampoline, ride on toys and animals. We are set in three acres of grounds, so lots of space for the children to play. The cottage is a traditonal stone and thatch. We are situated on the Blackdown hills, an area of natural outstanding beauty. We are a five minute drive to the town of Honiton and approx 25 mins to the coastal towns of Sidmouth or Exmouth.

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Tucked away at the foot of the Blackdown Hills AONB, but with great access to the M5/A373/A30 the cottage is a perfect base for exploring the best of the West Country. So, whether you want countryside walks to picturesque villages and ancient woods or a short drive to the beaches of the Jurassic coast, Exeter, Dartmoor or Exmoor, our cottage is the place to head out from – and the cosy home to return to!

Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.
