TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

We have preserved all the original materials of construction with great care. The entrance consists of a large glass door with access to the kitchen: this is elegant and spacious with a beautiful fireplace on the left. Climbing the 11 steps, there is the bedroom with canopy bed and air-conditioning.

Two floors with a small garden with a beautiful view. It can accommodate four guests. The house is not suitable for disabled people (presence of stairs, unsuitable doorways). Cars must be parked outside, in the many parking lots of the Borgo.
