An all-new winter cottage built in a traditional log log frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed looking at the fireplace. The small kitchen is superbly equipped. A great sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, about 145 km from Rovaniemi Airport. In addition to skiing and skiing, the area also has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and camping in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organises tours.

Our cabin offers a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot. The cottage is an excellent place to enjoy the beauty and peace of nature. Around the cabin there are forests and the paths of the national park is close by. Perfect place to enjoy fresh air and the starry sky, sometimes even the northern lights. The cottage is located more than 2 kilometres away from the nearest services and there is no public transportation to the center of Luosto from the cottage. We recommend coming with a car.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This traditional Lappish log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Welcome to a wonderful holiday in Riekonsoppe, at the foot of Pyhätunturi. The cottage is in a quiet area, but close to services and hiking trails. In winter, you are close to ski trails, ski slopes and downhill terrain. Pyhän Pohjoisrinteet are only 1 km away and Luosto is less than 20 km away. In spring, summer and autumn, you can go directly from the cottage to the hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park.

Kemijärvi 35km, Pelkosenniemi 15 km, Savukoski 60km and Sodankylä 70 km. The nearest grocery store is in Pyhä 14 km and Pelkosenniemi 15 km. There is a lot of snow in March and April, when the weather is also best for outdoor activities.
