In addition to the fact that the house is close to the water with a beach 60 meters away, the property borders the forest and the nature reserve Ormberget-Hertsölandet. There are trails that run for miles! In winter, the sea freezes and you can ski out and round the nearby islands or hike with snowshoeing in the forest on the frozen marshes. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bus stops 1 minute away, minutes from the center of town by bus. Great restaurants and lots of shopping. Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.
