When the psychedelic patterns of the 70s meet the clean lines of the Scandinavian style and the soft colors, a magic happens: come and see it with your own eyes and dedicate yourself completely to relaxation in this well-kept apartment with a vintage flavor 2 steps from the lake and boarding for the Borromeo Islands. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds , 2 kitchens equipped with microwave , 40"TV with terrestrial and satellite connection,free WIFI throughout the house and in the common areas, 2 spacious and bright bathrooms . A balcony along the entire length makes the apartments very bright. We also have an adjacent garage for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles and strollers. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services . The building can be rented in whole or in part for a total of 18 beds. Some apartments are communicating for families of 4/5 people or groups of friends who want to stay together at certain times of the day and still maintain their privacy. The ground floor apartment is free of architectural barriers and with a bathroom also suitable for the disabled. It is on the first floor reachable with a wide stone staircase The apartment is located in Verbania a few steps from Lake Maggiore, in the small town of "Pallanza" a village with one of the most beautiful walks along the lake in the area:the Borromeo Islands on one side and colorful facades, porches, flowery balconies, terraces and cafes on the other.

Charming attic with amazing lake view and garden.

Our property Alba e Tramonto hosts 2 apartments that can be rented also togheter and is located in a privileged position overlooking the Bellagio promontory and the lake. It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. Located 5 minutes by car from the historic centre, it is the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquillity.

Delightful, a few steps from port

Few minutes walking from train station and ferry terminals and lots of nice restaurants, pizzeria and bars in the proximity. Short distance to the Duomo Cathedral, the Sociale Theater and rationalist buildings made by Architect Giuseppe Terragni. At 15 min walking there is a Lido where you can sun bath and swim in the lake, or at 5 min drive an outdoor pool with a small beach. There is also an indoor pool. We have a B&B and another apt listed on Airbnb. Book my place today!
