Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Die Wohnung umfasst das gesamte Dachgeschoß eines Altbaus in zentraler Lage, ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre auf insgesamt 126 m² und das zusätzliche Highlight - die gartenseitige Dachterrasse - lassen den fehlenden Lift schnell wieder vergessen. Wichtiger Hinweis betreffend Schlafgelegenheit: 1x Doppelbett 160x200cm 1x Doppelbett 140x200cm 1 x Bett ausziehbar 160x200cm 1 x Kleinkind-Reisebett (2 Notbetten - keine besondere Schlafqualität!)

Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist ideal für Erholungssuchende und Naturfreunde. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der zum Haus gehörenden Privatstraße. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll mit Souvenirs aus unserer siebenjährigen Weltreise gestaltet. Viele der Details haben eine Geschichte, die wir gerne auf Wunsch an Interessierte weitergeben. Die Wohnung bietet die Möglichkeit für Urlaub, Entspannung und kreative Arbeit. Weiters bieten wir auf Wunsch "Impulse für die Partnerschaft" an.

Wohnappartment inkl. Küche, Badezimmer/WC, Vorzimmer, eigenem Eingang, abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz. Das Appartment ist in rustikalem Bauernstil gehalten welches sich in einem stilvollen ehemaligen Vierkanthof befindet. Unser Haus liegt am Rande des Ostszentrums in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auf Grund der großzügigen Ausstattung und Anordnung sehr gut für Geschäftsreisende und Monteure geeignet.

Gäste haben eigenen Eingang durch Garage, Schlüssel wird bei Ankunft übergeben, sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Matratzen, kleine Küche, Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, Fahrräder können in Garage sicher untergebracht werden, gratis Parkplatz für Auto ist vorhanden, alles abschliessbar, Laube und Garten können genutzt werden, Rauchen in Laube oder Garten möglich, ich erwarte mir absolute Sauberkeit
