Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road all the way up. Only a few steps up. Washing water from pump on the terrace and drinking water is piped up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely swim in the fresh water right below. You can fish for free, without a fishing license. The photos will differ somewhat, as they are taken from the sales ad. A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
