Parking for 2/3 cars. The property is only 5 minutes drive from the beach making it an excellent choice for those who wish to have a combination of beautiful grounds and be near the sea.

They were renovated in 2018 striving to be an affordable, comfortable and relaxing accommodation for visitors.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

BLUE SEA HOUSE is an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room. At 200 meters from the beach of San Nikolas by foot, taking a dirt path. The beach, the port, restaurants, mini-market and bars are 1.5 km away by car. Boat Tours depart from the port to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) as well as ferries to Kefalonia.
