It is a ground-floor, all-year-round habitable building of about 45 m2, layout 3 + kk (fully equipped kitchen). The cottage has a small garden, about 200 m2 with a swing, sandpit, trampoline, fireplace and seating area. Very quiet location, close to the forest, shop, playground, swimming pool and restaurant.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie.
