Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Apartment Fig is a beautiful, peaceful, one-bedroom apartment just outside the sleepy village of Los Gallardos. The beaches of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera are only a short drive away, but our awesome twelve metre pool is only a few steps from your door. There are an abundance of local restaurants nearby, as well as golf courses, a waterpark, boat trips, karting and so much more. The apartment is close enough to the action, whilst also being quiet and secluded from the busy tourist areas.

Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
