Beautiful and spacious penthouse on a finca

Our top floor apartment "Sabina" on the Finca Falcon Cresta (Gran Canaria) with terrace and air conditioning is a holiday highlight, because the sea, the sky and the mountains, which can be seen from this privileged location, merge with each other and give the feeling of vastness and freedom. Whether you want to read undisturbed, take a dip in the saltwater pool or retire after a day of hiking or sports. In the "Sabina" apartment you will find peace and relaxation on approx. 70 square meters of living space. The apartment itself is in the upper mansion of Finca Falcon Cresta and thus offers pure tranquility. No hotels in the neighborhood and no traffic. But a heavenly saltwater pool for our guests of the finca, resting places under olive trees as well as sheep, chickens and a donkey in the immediate vicinity.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Finca Los Quevedo (Corralillos)

Finca Los Quevedo is surrounded by nature and has a magnificent private pool (12X5m) overlooking Roque Aguayro, a solarium and large recreational areas. The house has a kitchen, terrace with covered dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a utility room where you will find the washing machine and cleaning supplies. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, etc.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden.
