This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is at the top of the house with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

Quiero que te sientas como en casa, el apartamento está en el barrio de Los Boliches, a 150 mts de la playa y cerca del centro , con todo tipo de servicios a tu alrededor; bares, restaurantes, panaderías , supermercados, bus , ascensor, aire acondicionado. Es muy luminoso con cocina abierta al salón,con sofa cama y habitación con cama doble,además tiene una terraza preciosa lista para relajarte .
