Vistas de Loreto- 1st floor, 2 bedroom home

Our house sits on a large lot with pull thru gated parking in a safe neighborhood located in Colonia Zaragoza. It is walking distance to the centro and just a couple hundred yards to the beach where you can walk for miles, swim, Kayak, Fish or Snorkel. We have 4 studios on the second floor that can be rented separately and can accommodate up to 4 people each. The 3rd. floor is a common lounge area overlooking the entire bay with micro gym, kitchen and BBQ for exclusive use of registered guest.

My place is just steps from the beach, several pools, restaurants, the coffee shop, local store, hotel, and Sea of Cortez marine preserve. It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport and town of Loreto. You’ll love my place because of the location (it's in the best part of Founders Neighborhood in Loreto Bay), the views, the ambiance, the people, the vibe, the weather, the decor, the relaxed nature of the community. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Steps from the Sea of Cortez, this two bedroom, two bath house is located in a charming and quaint community. The house faces one of the community pools and is a short walk to golf and the beach. It is a set of Villas, Suite & Studios, we have 2 villas each one with two bedrooms, one Queen bed and two singles beds, with total capacity four persons, living room, fully equipped kitchen with large closets, comfortable armchairs and bathroom, outside we have differents social areas with BBQ and laundry area, the rent includes all services and cleaning once a week.
