You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. On the raised ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, the apartment has its private and secure parking space facing the windows. We live nearby and will be there to help if you need anything.
