Double back bedroom in a homely oasis close to Manchester's centre. The house is full of plants, maps & books, plus a woodburner, 2 cats... & 1 friendly human. It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

Cosy and pleasant double room in relaxed home

Lovely double room in relaxed and friendly home. Close to city centre and surrounded by great shops, bars and restaurants. The room has TV and wifi, and a real fireplace. There are two shared bathrooms - so no waiting - and a pretty south facing back yard for when the sun comes out. (which in Manchester it sometimes does!) You will have full use of the kitchen, lounge and dining room and access to a washing machine. We live with two little dogs, two cats and a rabbit!

A spacious double room in a town house walking distance to the city center, perfect for couples or lone travellers. Has a cosy living room to hang out in and a dining room to get some work done, as well as a modern kitchen with plenty of space. PLEASE NOTE: The house boiler is located in the room, it’s generally off through the night but it can turn on late in the evenings when the house is busy, so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the room for you :)

Stylish private double room. Small but perfectly formed, with a superking bed and everything you need! There's a shared bathroom and you can use the well equipped kitchen and garden. The house is on a cute cul-de-sac right in the heart of lively Levenshulme, with free parking right outside the house. Next to Levenshulme station, one stop (6 mins) to Piccadilly in the city centre. Lots of shops, bars and takeaways nearby, and a Saturday artisan market.
