Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

A cozy living space features a gray sofa adorned with patterned cushions, complemented by a round wooden table and a black armchair. Natural light streams in through a window, illuminating the light-colored walls. Exposed beams add character to the ceiling.

Ideal house to share beautiful moments with family or friends. With a nice view of the countryside, a beautiful flower garden where you can ping pong, a barbecue, tirolienne, trampoline. The house is very comfortable, with a very large living room, cocooning around the corner from the stove. A beautiful veranda facing east, with a 2nd dining room for lunch in the sun and an area with rugs, cushions and games for children. Calm, charm and space.

My guest house, offered to travelers, is a bubble of serenity, calm and happiness in the heart of the Normandy countryside, within the confines of a one-hectare property. It offers a gentle life and warm comfort. Decorated with care and with a passion for objects, the house is a natural interlude near typical villages with many amenities (bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, restaurants, supermarket, etc.), not far from wonderful tourist sites.

Located in Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this cozy house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is in the center of a totally preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna cottage in the garden with a covered terrace with lounge.

My place is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You'll love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
