The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

Lots of light, native vegetation and direct access to a mountain with rest areas in the mountains, with incredible views and several trails that you can walk. The black house is located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the municipality of Arucas. It is a quiet place with few inhabitants, far from crowds and at the same time, a few minutes away, close to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping centers etc. It particularly has views of the sea and the mountains, ideal as a starting point to visit the island, the incorporation to the highway in all directions is 5 minutes away.
