The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

A great place to recharge your batteries, where you can spend time with your loved ones, either in the room in front of the TV or on a cozy 10m2 balcony while enjoying the sun. For those looking for great adventures, the city center, Kuressaare Castle, great taste experiences, park, beach, etc. are a short walk away. There are many different playgrounds in the area for families with small children to have fun. The apartment has a smaller travel bed (if desired, you can also take it to the balcony) and a toy box with exciting contents.

Spruce Forest Cabin

The Kuuse forest cabin is located in the beautiful nature of Saaremaa. Relax and enjoy the view of the pond and the forest. The cabin has everything you need for a great holiday. There are bedd for up to 9 people (7 places on the second floor and 2 places on the lower floor). Try our 2 saunas and the pond to cool off. The Finnish sauna is included in the price, the Russian sauna is for an extra charge. We also offer fishing and sea trips and, upon request, homemade smoked fish and smoked meat.

Peaceful Kivima guesthouse near Kuressaare

We offer a quiet and cozy little house only 3 km away from Kuressaare. It is a good holiday spot for couples, friends, solo travelers as well as families. It is more convenient to reach us by car. The guest house includes a relaxing wood heated sauna (1x15€). It is surrounded by a garden with plenty of grass-space for outdoor games. There is also a bicycle road that leads straight to Kuressaare from just behind the house. It is also possible to rent some bikes (2) from us.

Excellent location! NB! At the moment during the summertime there's roof renovation ongoing. The apartment is on the ground floor and it shouldn't disturb the stay!
