New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Wonderful new cottage in the 1st row to the beach

Relax in a truly unique, well-equipped and accessible cottage with high ceilings, unusual angles, and rooms with amazing light. Enjoy the tranquility, nature, and sounds of the sea up close. Explore the large terrace with cozy nooks, the visiting deer and direct access to the sandy beach 100 meters from the house. Experience the sun and the dark "Dark Sky" sky through the house telescope and sun binoculars. Use the musical instruments and sound system or take a ride in the water with a canoe, two sea kayaks or three paddle boards (sup).

Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Lovely, cozy and very personally decorated cottage with lovely outdoor areas. I describe the cottage as my cave. It is furnished with selected retro furniture, etc. So take good care of the house and the dwelling. 300 meters to the beach with a jetty and playground. Two terraces in lovely overgrown garden. Plenty of space for outdoor games. BBQ and many outdoor games for activities in the garden. Note: bring your own charcoal. Electricity is charged separately. Payable by mobilepay or cash on departure.

Welcome to our lovely family summer house in Rødvig! We are a family of 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and coziness both together and separately. We'd love to share that with you! The garden is converted into part Wild with Vilje, where nature and wildflowers adorn the lovely garden, which also houses a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fire pit and play stand with swings and slide.

A sandy beach stretches along a calm turquoise shoreline, bordered by lush greenery. Gentle waves lap at the shore, where a few individuals are seen enjoying water activities. The sky is clear, with a few fluffy clouds scattered overhead.
