Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. This pretty holiday home is situated in a peaceful, idyllic location of middle Dalmatian hinterland. From the terrace on the northern part stretches a view on the town of Imotski and its beautiful Red and Blue lakes. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!
