A 2-person Jacuzzi (massage jets and bubbles) awaits you. Relax on the banks of the Loir with activities such as swimming, canoeing-boating, fishing, etc. Quiet location but close to shops. Visit Lavardin, Trôo, Le Mans / the 24 hour race, the wine route, the leisure lake with swimming beach, etc.

Tiny heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a beautiful vacation.

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
