In this spacious and disabled-friendly 85 sqm newly renovated accommodation on the ground floor of a detached house overlooking the Inn and with direct access, you will find the necessary rest from everyday life for up to 4 people and pets. The house has free Wi-Fi, the bedroom with window to the Inn with power switch. Internet is available via LAN cable in every room. Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs that can move freely.

Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Beautiful detached house in a rural but central area. The St. Georgen highway exit can be reached in 10 minutes! Lake Attersee can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Vöcklamarkt train station is 2 km away. Vöcklamarkt is very centrally located in the Alpine foothills of the Salzkammergut, surrounded by meadows and wooded hills. Especially popular with our guests are the day trips to the sights of the Salzkammergut or to the nearby city of Salzburg (50 km).

The swimming lake with free admission is a 10-minute walk. Thermal region of Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks on the Inn (5 min walk) or bike tours! Tourist tax €2.40 per person/night.

The cozy wooden house was rebuilt in 2017 with a lot of love and the use of natural materials (clay plaster throughout the house, box windows). Since then, it has been constantly growing into a place of rest and relaxation. Immerse yourself in a mixture of old and modern and still enjoy a certain comfort.
