Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment price includes the Saalachtaler Sommercard so you can use the natural forces Seisenberg and Vorderkaserklamm as well as the mountain railway for free. The card is valid from May to October.

Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursions with family or friends. The room is equipped with the essentials to prepare a small snack or breakfast.

It is a completely renovated apartment in Sankt Martin b. Lofer. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed and is fitted with oak floorboards, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a new kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge and cooking hob. There is an LED TV with digital channels as well (NETFLIX) as WIFI-30mb/s within the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, is perfect for families.

I rent a cozy furnished apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is located in the apartment complex in the beautiful Schlosspark Grubhof.
