Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

A tranquil lake is surrounded by dense greenery and rising cliffs. The serene water reflects the vibrant colors of the foliage, creating a picturesque natural landscape. Towering trees are visible along the shoreline, contributing to the peaceful ambiance of the area.

Nice small apartment with everything you need for a pleasant living experience: in the hallway a large closet wall for suitcases and clothes, spacious bathroom with shower, new kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, living-bedroom with carpenter table and corner bench, large bed and TV. If you would like shorter periods of use during the low season, please ask me.
