From the summer house it is 5 km to Bathmen a lovely village with plenty of restaurants. Also there is an outdoor pool at 3 km distance. Former Hanze cities as Zutphen (22 km) and Deventer (15 km) are easy to reach. A bit further Apeldoorn with the former Summer Palace of our royal family, national park Veluwe and Kroller Moller (Art) museum. Amsterdam is an hours drive.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. A few steps further, you will find the cozy bedstee. You overlook the fields where deer occasionally roam in the morning. The veranda is the icing on the cake. With a beautiful view, you can enjoy a nice drink here. Toilet and hot shower are nearby in the sanitary building.

We have expanded this former farmhouse into a nice house. We have a large garden of 5000 m2 with a lovely covered niche to sit outside dry and at the back a high terrace overlooking the wide garden and large swimming pond. Behind the hedge, there is a wood-fired "barrel" sauna. There is also an orchard with pears, plums and apples and walnuts... a secret path to a chalet in the back of the garden and everywhere a beautiful view over the IJssel.
