Spacious room with seating area, kitchen and private bathroom. Downstairs and with garden. Fully self contained space with private door, attached to the house we live in. Located in a very quiet but very central residential area, just 5 minutes walk from the historic center, to visit, buy... It has everything necessary for the kitchen, in addition to washing machine, tv, sofa living, and outdoor table to enjoy the garden. If you visit the Celler del Miracle, we will give you a bottle of wine.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse of 1873. In the same house they live and host Pau and Wafa. Cozy and family friendly atmosphere. Situated in a small village in Northwest Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec Mountains, PrePirineo. 1h30min by car from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you find everything you need for shopping.
