Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.
Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Old Great House is a stunning traditional 16th century farmhouse - accommodates up to 10 people - 3 king/double rooms and 1 twin room on the second floor and a large attic double room on the third floor. This has been tastefully restored and includes many original features including a large inglenook fireplace and wooden panelling. Oak floor boards and oak stairs have been fitted to retain the original style of the property and has been tastefully furnished with many antique pieces.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!
