Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Welcome to our cabin at Lista Lighthouse – a place we ourselves love to be and are happy to share when we are not using it ourselves. Spacious, with 5 bedrooms and space for 10+ people – perfect for large families, surfing, birdwatching, or as a home office. The coastal trail runs right outside, with easy access to beaches, hikes, and beautiful nature. Just 2 km (1.2 miles) away from Nordhasselvika, named one of Europe's most beautiful hidden beaches by The Guardian. We are happy to share our best tips for the area. Take the hike, feel the wind, and recharge your batteries!

Great 71 m2 vacation apartment by the sea. Kitchen/living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 5 people. Perfect for a family, 2 couples, or a group of friends. Nice patio and views inside/outside of the sea to the west. Nature is right outside, just 200 m to the Lista coastal trail and the sea. Walking distance to great beaches (Bausje/Bispen), playgrounds and restaurant/pub. 2 km to a local store and food stands in the harbor at Borhaug. 3 km to Lista Lighthouse. If you bring a fishing rod or a surfboard, there are great opportunities nearby.

Cozy apartment in Rasvåg on Hidra, which is located right on the beach and has a jetty with swimming and fishing opportunities just outside the door. With southern idyll and great nature on all sides, it is a perfect place for relaxation and excursions. Fenced garden towards the lake and road, so small children can play freely. Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

Bausje Strandhus

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis right by the Bausje beach on Borhaug. If you like to look at birds, fish, swim, hike or just enjoy nature, then this is the place for you. It is a large, modern house that is handicap and family friendly. The house has 3 living rooms, 4 bedrooms + 2 sofa beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 TV rooms/playrooms and several terraces with stunning views of the ocean and the beach, which is located right below the house, only a 2-minute walk away. You can also access the laundry and fully equipped gym.

In The Longhouse at Lista in Farsund the cows and the swallows are you closest neighbours. From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. The traditional Longhouse has found new form and function in an impressive modern architecture which makes this place a unique retreat nature loving families, and groups. Right outside there is a sauna with a magic view.

Bed capacity for 8 pers in total, with twin beds in all room with flexibility to group or ungroup: 2 bedrooms for 2 pers in each, one bedroom for 2 pers (+ 1 annex for 1 extra pers) and 1 more small bedroom for 1 pers. Seaside cabin w/ large terrace & fjord-view sauna

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

The cabin has panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful Lista landscape. The place has views from the kitchen, dining area, living room and TV corner. Here you get in touch with the spectacular nature both outside and inside. Behind the cabin there are several nice hikes in the woods, on a bronze age ruin on the mountain top Lofjell and Hervoll mill.
