L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Casa vacanze situata a Lipari (Isole Eolie). L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una villetta indipendente (al piano terra viviamo io e mia madre) ed è formato da cucina-soggiorno, stanza da letto e bagno. E' sito nella frazione di Pianoconte, in campagna in un contesto tranquillo a 5km dal centro storico (necessario dunque un mezzo per spostarsi), con posto auto e moto e possibilità di usufruire di giardino e terrazza al piano terra. POSSIBILITÀ DI USARE UNA PISCINA NELLE VICINANZE.

The little house in Serra

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

Butterfly house is new house , kitchen with Eolien maioliche, bathroom is in stone, a big terrace with a wonderful view on the sea, Filicudi, Alicudi and sunset. The bedroom is up stairs it is in parquet and from the window there is a beautiful view. The house is located in Pianoconte at 5 km from Lipari center.
