Lipari central apt with sea view and close beach

This studio apartment is wide and bright, with a private covered terrace and a wonderful sea view. It's elegantly furnished and composed of a night area and a living room divided by a half wall. The apartment is in a private villa with garden. The house is very close to the old town, only 5 minutes walk from the main road (Corso Vittorio Emanuele) and maximum 15 minutes walk to reach the main harbour. Marina Corta is only 3 minutes away, and the closest supermarket at the end of the road.

EXCELLENT Lonely cottage among the rows of a vineyard with a typical Aeolian style terrace overlooking the sea and the islets. A haven of frenetic life, where to relax and rediscover the beauty immersed in the sounds and colors of nature. Distance from the center and the sea 15 minutes by car. Location: Quattropani Old Church - from the provincial it is reached through a secondary road. It is advisable to have a SCOOTER or a CAR (possibly to rent on the island)

It is a typical Aeolian house renovated a few steps from Marina Corta. The central location of the house offers every comfort during your vacation, it is arranged on two floors and accommodates four people with two bedrooms , two bathrooms, kitchenette , wifi and air conditioning To enter the house you need to take two steps I remember there is no washer but only a dryer . In busy summer times,with all the clubs open there may be more noise

the studio with roofed panoramic terrace is located in the center in a strategic position, in fact it is located on the ground floor of a multi-story building in a very flowery, reserved and quiet alley near the historic center and in the immediate vicinity of the port. The property is newly built. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, large shower and wifi in all areas. All necessary tourist services are located near the studio.
