Looking for peace & quiet to relax? We are now offering our lovely island for rent in the beautiful Lake Möckeln. You can get here in one of the two small boats with a short rowing trip of 5 minutes. The cottage currently offers 3 single beds but there is also the possibility of a sofa bed and crib + crib, etc. 230v electricity, municipal sewage (shower + water toilet) with lake water in the tap. In the kitchen, there is a stove with an oven, microwave and fridge. Sheets and towels are available for a laundry fee of SEK 100/set (cash). Welcome!

Good when the children have a cup in the arena, work trip where it is nice with a forest walk after work, on the way to and from the mountains, the cottage is 5 minutes by car from E18 or for those of you who fish in Vänern and have a boat trailer, we have plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Bed linens, sheets and towels are included. Cleaning is done by tenants. NOTE! Wait for directions and follow them, the map is not correct!

It is near the picturesque village of Svartå. We are close to Tiveden nature park. And directly on hiking, cycling and canoe routes. Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right along the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, boating, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, there is a cafe restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by free space in the forest. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee

Grocery stores within walking distance (Pekås 1 km and ICA 2 km). Next to Bakery/Café Near Golf, Swimming, Karlskoga Motor Stadium, Boda Borg Nobel Museum. Sheets and towels are not available!

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

In the nature reserve Lunnedet, you will find this charming cottage with a large lake property and its own swimming dock. Café, restaurant, playground and mini golf are within five minutes walking distance. Use our bikes to get around the area or use our rowing boat to fish and enjoy beautiful Lonnen. New for 2025; nice mountain bike trails with downhill-like track. E-mtb can be rented at the cafe. The accommodation provides 13 beds, 2 toilets, 2 showers and laundry room. (Note: Winter time 11 beds).

Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
