Trevlig stuga med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa (4 sovplatser) inkl sängkläder. Stor smart tv och wifi. Superläge nära till Kalmar men ändå på landet. Cykelavstånd till hansa city och dess shoppingutbud. Mysiga vägar att cykla eller promenera. Flertal näktergal på tomten. Köksvrå med en induktionsplatta, mikro, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare. Grill utanför samt bord och stolar både inne och ute. Badrum med toalett, dusch och handdukar. Tåget går förbi tomten på avstånd enbart dagtid, säkerhetsstängsel.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Lägenheten ligger centralt, i ett lugnt kvarter endast 500 meter till kalmarsundsparkens härliga badplatser/ motionsspår. Boendet Sovrum med dubbelsäng 180 cm ( 2 st enkelsängar 90 cm) I vardagsrummet finns soffa, fåtöljer, TV o matbord med stolar. Köket är utrustat med kyl- frys, micro, spis, ugn samt övriga hushållsredskap. Badrum med dusch. Härlig Balkong med utemöbler mot lugn trädgård.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Helt nyrenoverat hus med parkering, luftkonditionering samt uteplats i centrala Kalmar! Nära till både Kalmar centrum och Kalmar slott! Perfekt för Ironman: Cyklingen går i båda riktningarna precis utanför huset! Dessutom ca 250 meter till löpsträckan och gångavstånd till starten för simningen! Ca 1500 meter till Bike Park. Ironmanveckan bokas i sin helhet minst 6 dagar 13-19 (eller 14-20) augusti.

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
