Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Beautiful sunny spots to hide away with a book, over 200 acres of undulating land as well as some bush land, a swimming dam, an outdoor fire pit for the cooler months and an indoor fire place to snuggle up by in the evenings. Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

St Clements Cottage is a charming cabin situated on the picturesque Butterfactory Lane, approximately nine kilometres from Oberon town centre. It is set amongst six acres of a family owned property where stunning English gardens meet rustic tablelands countryside. About two and a half hours from Sydney, the Jenolan Caves, Mayfield Gardens and the historical town of Hartley are all within a short driving distance of St Clements Cottage.
