Lovely first floor apartment. Fully equipped with large private courtyard and free onsite parking. Situated in a quiet street which is a stones throw from a lovely french village. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

A natural swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace, featuring several lounge chairs. Lush greenery and trees provide shade and a tranquil atmosphere. A wooden dining set is visible in the background, complementing the peaceful outdoor space.

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

A spacious living area features exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring. A light-colored sofa sits in the center, complemented by a stylish brown armchair. A vintage trunk adds character, while a wooden staircase leads to the upper level. Natural light enters through the nearby window.

Op loopafstand (ca.600m) de rivier Le Gartempe waar genoeg plekjes zijn om een frisse duik te nemen. De fietser kan ook zijn hart ophalen. Voor de mountainbiker (eventueel beschikbaar), tourfietser en recreatiefietser zijn er ontelbare mogelijkheden door de bossen, langs de rivier of door het landschap. Voor de wandelaars onder ons zijn de mogelijkheden te over. Voor de paardrijders is er een manege op een paar kilometer. Voor cultuur en ontspanning in de buurt raad ik Ivo's reisgids aan.

Cette petite maison est située à 5 minutes de l’A20, 10 km d’Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km de Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km d’Eguzon : vous pourrez ainsi découvrir facilement toute cette belle région. Attention, la maison n’a pas le wifi et le réseau téléphonique n’est pas très bon : vous serez donc obligés de vous détendre, de vous reposer et de profiter de la nature ! En hiver, le chauffage se fait uniquement au poêle à bois. Vous pourrez vous installer dans les fauteuils, bien au chaud.
