The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 square meters). There is free public parking in the area, in front of the studio there are 2 e-charging stations. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Das Bad ist mit WC, Dusche, Waschbecken, Spiegelschrank und einer Heizung ausgestattet. Die Küche und der Essbereich sowie die Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Bakery and restaurants nearby. ————— The apartement is equipped with all the basics: Towels, bed linen, hairdryer, kitchenette (microwave, kettle, french press, dishes).

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Take a leisurely stroll to Kreuzberg which is only 20 mins walking distance, passing the historic Berlin Wall and stunning Oberbaumbrücke. Plus, convenience is unmatched with a huge supermarket right outside our door.

Studio 03 | "Under the Fig Tree"

The small studio is located in the garden-side basement of a beautiful wooden hybrid building, centrally located in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between the U5 Samariterstraße and the S-Bahn stations Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz, near Boxhagener Platz. The room faces south to a quiet small terrace under the fig tree, pleasantly cool in summer, in winter with underfloor heating. It has its own shower room and entrance, no kitchen, but a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and oven.

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.

Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
