The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Family place in Old town/center

Located just few hundred meters from the famous Liberec cityhall, this apartment can easily accommodate up to six people. I know that for sure, we stay here once a while with our four children. There are plenty of toys to play with and a piano keyboard to play music. Big bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The house has been built in the same year as the famous Liberec city hall. Our apartment is on second floor.
