Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Chalupa u Prachatic

Ideal cottage for family recreation in Šumava with year-round operation. Two bedrooms (2+2 and 2 beds), two living rooms (2 beds in the upper), two equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets. On the ground floor there is an infrared sauna and a whirlpool (with enough water for an extra fee), a private Finnish sauna 1 km away (extra fee). Absolute peace. Private pond. Outdoor playground (swing, slide, sandbox). Newly built covered summer kitchen for outdoor seating (pergola) with fireplace, drinking water, electric stove and electricity.

The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.
