Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer modernen Küche und einem modernen Bad und hat einen tollen Garten.

Luogo ideale per relax, escursioni, mountain-bike, arrampicata, ecc. che dista solo 15 minuti in auto da Carì (in estate) e Faido. Il piccolo Nucleo di Vigera è abitato unicamente da 6 persone durante tutto l'anno.

This small rustico is located in Val Bavona and is an oasis for those seeking not only the tranquility and peace of the mountains but also a place for outdoor activities such as climbing, trail running, hiking and mountain excursions. The valley is situated at the end of Vallemaggia, at the foot of the Basodino Glacier. The rustic house has recently been renovated with care, and we are happy to share our little gem with you.

"LE VALDINE" Orig.Rustici mit Spielwiese und Wald

Die beiden Original Rustici liegen etwas ausserhalb von Frasco in einer Waldlichtung. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. PP`s auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück umfasst die beiden Häuser, eine grosse Spiel- und Liegewiese und den angrenzenden Wald. Die Häuser sind gut eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben Bad/WC oder Dusche WC. Gäste WC im Haupthaus.
