• Villa Mia is the ideal place for vacation and work in a quiet and private environment. • A separate housing unit of 50 square meters with a private entrance, on a plot of about 1.5 dunams and a garden over one dunam. • Private large pool 13.5 X 6 meters for our guests only. • The garden is fenced with a very high hedge that gives maximum privacy • It comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double pull-out sofa bed, a flat screen cable TV, A/C and free WIFI + NETFLIX, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Urn and Shabbat hot plate for our religious guests. • Vila Mia is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the unforgettable area of Caesarea, one of Israel's famous and ancient sites, a stunning archaeological and tourist site, perfectly situated between Tel Aviv (30 minutes’ drive) and Haifa (30 minutes’ drive). From there you can also tour the north of Israel. The Sea of Galilee is about 90 minutes’ drive away. • There are a lot of attractions in the area: including the, where you can enjoy a walk among the ruins at the ancient port city of Caesarea , dine at a gourmet restaurant overlooking the sea, visit Rally museum, practice your Golf or Tennis skills or enjoy water sports or horse riding activities on the beach. New, clean and pleasant unit. Adjacent to the house, with a private yard. Suitable for a couple or couple + 2 who are interested in a peaceful and quiet vacation in a green area. In the kibbutz, within walking distance, there is a minimarket (Sun.-Thu. 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and a dining room (Sun.-Thu. 11:45 AM - 1:30 PM, Friday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). In the summer, a paid swimming pool is open in the kibbutz. A few minutes away from a variety of attractions and places to visit: the Sechana, the Ma'ayanot Park, Ma'ayan Harod, Hoga Gardens, Gan-Guru, the ancient synagogue 'Beit Alpha', the Japanese Garden and more.

We are renting out a small ground-floor studio in the historical center of Jerusalem. The flat is really in the middle of Nachlaot, a pedestrian area of Jerusalem. It is extremely close to the city center and the Mahane Yehuda market; also close to tram and public transport. Walking distance to old city. The studio is a charming, old Jerusalem style, furnished with taste and care. It is a perfect spot for couples or singles visiting Jerusalem for a long weekend and looking for a cosy place.

בימים מתוחים אלו, לשמחתינו אנחנו זוכים כאן, באופן יחסי לשאר הארץ, לשקט בטחוני. חמסההה!!! למעשה מזה ימים ולילות רבים לא היו אזעקות ואנחנו ישנים לילות שלמים. בביתינו הצמוד ישנו מרחב מוגן מרווח ונעים עם גישה נוחה ומהירה. בנוסף היחידה נמצאת על מדרון מאחורי שני קירות תמך ובמפנה דרומי, כך שבפני עצמה היא באיזור מוגן. הישוב מאובטח בסיור ונצפה במצלמות אבטחה. במידה ותחול הסלמה פתאומית באיזור שלנו ספציפית, ינתן החזר מלא גם במסגרת מדיניות הביטולים הרגילה שלנו, עד רגע הביקור עצמו. עם ישראל חי!!

Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room.
