The residence is located 130 meters from the beach. It is located on a plot of land along with another apartment where the owners live. The environment is family and friendly, guests have their private terrace right in front of the entrance of the house. The terrace is roofed and surrounded by vines and mulberries and has a BBQ and a dining table.
